Refund Accept requirements
1) Server response time is a prolonged issue and Error.
2) Service is not provided as described.
3) The support system is too weak as perceived by users with a valid reason.
4) Support was unavailable for a long time, more than 16 Hours.
5) Any issues that the MexusHost at itself causes
6) Support Executive inappropriate behavior.
7) MexusHost can’t solve any problem that is occurring on the server.
8) Inactivity of the domain or hosting without abuse.
Refund will not proceed if
1) Requested services or domains are resolved issues.
2) Domains that are purchased & active.
3) domain registration, domain transfer, domain renewal
3) Suspended due to client abuse
4) The provision of services in an unethical & fraudulent manner .
5) If the free item is equal to the service price.
6) Aggressive behavior with the slang words.
7) Aggressive spamming & spam advertising.
How to make a cancellation request?
Service cancellation requests should be made from the client area by logging into the MexusHost account.
Note: Requests aren’t accepted through Phone Call, Whatsapp, Messenger and Email.
Refund facility in case of offer package:
In case of MexusHost packages with free domain, the remaining amount will be refunded as per MexusHost’s refund terms, excluding the domain fee.
“If you face any problem after 7 days and we are unable to solve your problem then the balance will be refunded after 15% (BDT) service charge.
Please note:- Refunds are non-refundable unless there is a service issue. Change of mind, change of wish, or change of your interest is not applicable for claiming a refund. VPS, Dedicated server and Reseller hosting plans refund will not be processed on 30 days no question asked policy, and you can not claim the refund for any reason of the following “refunds will not proceed if” section.
If the claim is approved. You will get money back within 10 days.
