We provide service subject to certain conditions. By ordering from MexusHost you accept these terms. Please read the terms carefully before placing an order. Here you can know how we are providing service. Why are you giving these conditions? How to contact us and how to get important information and help.

MexusHost reserves the right to modify or terminate these Terms of Service at any time.
Section 1.1

Section 2. Service order
Section 2.1

Section 2.2.

Section 3.0
After buying the domain, a verification mail will be sent to your mail, the verification date will be sent to the mail. Verify by clicking on the link. Failure to verify may result in domain suspension. Your domain can be managed by MexusHost. Provide Whois information correctly. MexusHost shall not be responsible in case your domain may be terminated due to incorrect information.
Section 3.1
Third Party Terms of Service: All gTLDs are registered and transferred from an ICANN authorized registrar company. You must agree to ICANN’s Terms of Service.
Section 3.2
Your preferred domain may not be available. In that case look at another domain. Connecting to our site registry company. Domain registrations are sent to our website registry company for transfer and renewal. After registration, transfer and renewal, check Whois to see if successful. If not, let us know. We will not be responsible if the registration is not transferred.
Section 3.3
Domain Renewal: Invoice will be generated 15 days prior to domain renewal date. 30, 15, 7, 3 days prior to the renewal date will be mailed. Payment must be made before the renewal date. Otherwise the domain will be cancelled.
Section 3.4
Renewal Details: Renew by paying seven days or more before the renewal date if possible. Check whois is renewed successfully. If not, definitely let us know.
Section 3.5
Domain Transfer and Ownership: You own this document when it comes to your account through domain transfer. The whois database will take your profile details. Verify your correct information by checking whois. Otherwise anyone can grab your domain.
Section 3.6
Domain Transfer Rules: Transfer should be done within 15 days of the due date. Authorization code and domain unlock are required for transfer. Transferring the domain will add one year to the current term.
Section 3.7
Domain Transfer Restrictions: When transferring to us, the transfer will fail if the current registrar company does not allow your transfer. We will not be responsible in this case. If the transfer is not successful, let us know, we will refund your money. Domains cannot be transferred within two months of registration. Some domain transfers have limitations. So you can’t transfer repeatedly. Domain transfer process will start after payment.
Section 3.8
Domain Expiration: After three days of expiration it will stop working and the name server will be changed. So payment must be made before the domain expires. Some domain providers put in a grace period. Once the domain expires it will go into grace/redemption period. Then this domain cannot be registered. There may be a grace period of one to three months or more. At this time it can be recovered by paying a fine.
When the domain expires or the grace period ends, the registrar can take the following steps: • Sell the domain by auction • Free up the domain for registration • Or put it up for sale at a higher price. If we do not receive a renewal charge after the domain’s renewal period has expired, we will no longer be responsible for the domain. If you want to reclaim the domain after the grace / redemption period, we can request the registry company. If there is a recovery option, we will help you with it. But we will not be responsible. Then redemption charge + renew charge has to be recovered. However, we do not guarantee that this will be possible.
Section 4.0 Hosting:
Section 4.1
Free Domain Offer: Some of our hosting packages include domain registration and transfer offers. Find out from us what domain extension registration or transfer you can do and also see when to order. We will consider whether the free domain will always be provided. A limited number of extensions are allowed and may vary by package. Extra fee will be added if you want to take other domain extension. How much will be added depends on the extension and can be minus the free domain charge. Registration period 1 year (if renewing hosting package). At the time of renewal, regular domain renewal charges will apply.
Section 4.2.
Hosting service: Hosting can be used for website host and email service. Batch processing, video encoding/transcoding, web crawling/spidering, archiving and online backup systems or any other systems are not permitted on our shared, cloud or reseller hosting servers. You may use such tools only upon agreement with us in writing on a dedicated server. We reserve the right to take any action for all clients to maintain the smooth performance of our systems. Pornography is prohibited in Islamic law and Bangladeshi law so any pornographic website / image / video / blog server is prohibited.
Section 4.3.
Hosting Limitations: Some packages have “unlimited hosting”. This means that you can actively use your account’s disk space or bandwidth (or both) unlimited. However, shared, cloud, reseller hosting has limits on RAM, CPU or similar resources. However, dedicated servers have limits. However, it has to be limited.
Section 4.4.
Unlimited Usage: Unlimited memory and bandwidth can be used. Server capacity will be further increased in case of heavy usage. But on average some charges may be added if a client uses too much.
Section 4.5.
Migration Service: Free migration service provides free transfer of your website or full cPanel from previous hosting company. We can transfer the website wherever it is located without any data loss. But you have to give full access to previous hosting service. We migrate all websites within 2 to 72 hours. However, we do not guarantee any time. The time depends on how big your website is or how many files it has. In some cases we may also transfer emails, DNS records and domain names, but we make no guarantees that we will be able to transfer them successfully or without interruption. It depends on the previous hosting company.
If you want to migrate to a package that does not have free migration service, you will have to pay an extra charge. Each cPanel will charge 250 Taka or 2.5 USD.
Section 4.6.
Hosting Change: We reserve the right to change the hosting your website is running on. These changes can be server location, cloud company or configuration changes. Hosting will be upgraded only when required. Any change in hosting will be announced on Facebook page, mail or WhatsApp. Changes may be made in order to provide better service. The cloud company may be changed if there is a security threat. If the current location closes the cloud company. If the battle starts at the location. The main changes are server location and cloud provider. Let us know if you have a preferred server location or cloud provider. Changes will not be possible if the preferred location no longer exists or has been closed. if the software you use is from a Digital Ocean cloud provider, it must be licensed in the United States.4.7. CDN and Bandwidth Usage: In some locations where connection costs and bandwidth costs are high (eg Middle East, Bangladesh) or fluctuate, we will provide you with CDN services. CDN services distribute traffic globally rather than to a single server, thus increasing website load speeds and reducing bandwidth consumption at the source. We will help you setup it.
Section 4.7
Hosting Uptime: We strive to provide 9.99% uptime, excluding conditions outside of planned, emergency server maintenance or our server upgrades. If planned server upgrade, maintenance takes more than 30 minutes then website announcement or email will be notified. If there is any problem on your server, we will try to solve it within 30 minutes by our skilled server developers. If you detail your problem, I will give you an estimate of how long it will take to resolve it.
Section 4.8
Backup: We backup your website daily or weekly. The package specifies how often backups are taken. These backups are kept in the same geographic region but on separate servers for best performance. Data is safe because it is kept on a separate server. Contact us if you need any backup data. We may exclude certain files that we consider non-essential to your website. Like error log, cpanel backup zip file, zip file, cache file. Backup service is a very important service and we take regular backups. However, it is your responsibility to backup your website. So keep backup yourself.
Section 4.9
Service Interruptions: We are not responsible for service interruptions beyond our control. However, we try to select server providers that offer very high levels of performance and uptime. But if the provision of the Service is interrupted by a matter beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and take steps to minimize the impact of this interruption. An announcement will be made in the client area in case of collision. We are not responsible for upstream network or hardware problems. As such we will not be responsible for any issues with AWS or include them in our 99.9% uptime calculation.
Section 5.0
We will contact you within 24 hours if we suspend or suspend the service. The service will terminate locally at the end of the subscription period if the service is not activated. There will be no charge or chargeback for this.

Service Suspension: We may resume your service if your service is temporarily suspended. If permanently closed it is not recoverable. Your website’s IP address may also change. According to the terms of international cloud providers: service data cannot be recovered if payment is not made on time.
Section 6.0 Your Obligations under the Agreement
Section 6.1
Scripts, images, videos and any content are the sole responsibility of the client. Null Crack Scripts that interfere with our system and harm others, any fraudulent activities will be investigated and permanently terminated by account closure. The client will be assisted in this regard.
Section 6.2.

Section 6.3
Domain Name Registration: You are responsible for ensuring, directly or indirectly, the registration of a domain name and how it is used. ICANN’s services must be agreed upon and may not be used for any illegal purpose at any time. When transferring / selling ownership of a registered domain to another person ensure and prove that the buyer agrees and agrees in writing with the terms of this agreement. We will not transfer ownership of a domain until all fees for services associated with the account have been paid. If we receive any complaint regarding trademark/brand infringement, we reserve the right to put the domain on hold. We will act accordingly if a decision is obtained from a domain dispute resolution or a settlement agreement between the parties involved. Section 7. Acceptable Email Use

Customers who abuse email services are advised that their behavior is unacceptable and their accounts may be suspended, terminated or blocked.

Section 8.0

Section 8.3
Refund Processing: Refund will be made within 7 working days of receiving the money back request.

You have the right to change your mind, but within 7 days. You have a legal right to change your decision and get a refund within 7 days.
Section 8.5
How to terminate the contract with us? (If you have changed your mind)
Tell us you want to end the contract.
